Music For Young People (MFYP Ltd) is a specialised arts company, consisting of a dedicated and passionate team of both qualified and experienced professionals. We deliver Urban arts education to children, young people and adults throughout Greater Manchester and the UK.
Established since 2006 we are the number 1 service provider for Urban art alternative provision. We successfully deliver our services to inspire, engage, educate, support and empower pupils through various art forms. Using this approach also enables us to incorporate youth work skills and informal education.
We provide a vast range of services, such as engagement activities, outreach and community development provision, training and education, mentoring and interventional youth work, preventative services and school programmes, issue based workshops and commercial services for businesses.
Our target age remit is 6 – 25 years of age, which enables us to work with the early aged and use preventative approaches in our services. MFYP strives to encourage community cohesion and integration through all elements of our provisions, which is one of our main strategies as a company and organisation.
