APPRENTICESHIPS
Apprenticeships are a great opportunity for students to gain some practical work experience whilst learning in college. It also helps employers to have an extra pair of hands in their organization, which is both cost effective and beneficial for their business. We regularly support and welcome apprentices to our organisation, with students enrolled either on music, art and media courses.
Some of their roles and responsibilities may include the following:
We work in-conjunction with educational establishments and provide one-‐one supervision and support with all of our students.
We are able to pay apprentices at the national minimum rate and welcome government initiatives that help to support this.

- Working in schools supporting the delivery of music and art tuition.
- Supporting staff in the community to deliver outreach activities.
- Promoting and recruiting young people to our programmes.
- Sign posting and referring pupils to courses and other services.
- Developing promotional material, video or social media marketing.
