bOXERCISE TUITION
Using pads, shields and defensive techniques, pupils will have lots of fun and keep fit with various boxercise methods. They will work in pairs and small groups to learn new skills in this area and conduct specific workouts to develop the lower body and upper strength. Delivered by a professional child and adult tutor, all will work towards building their stamina whilst having lots of enjoyment.

FOOTBALL TUITION
We have professional licensed football coaches with experience delivering in both schools and colleges across the northwest. Great for anyone interested in football coaching or developing a career in football, as we are able to guide pupils and signpost to further educational institutions. Learn how to dribble, pass, shoot and defend whilst building your self-‐confidence, team building skills and awareness.

RUGBY TUITION
Rugby means a lot to our director, as he is a former professional player for Oldham. He has years of experience delivering engagement sessions to both children and young people and representing his team at a high level. Learn the art of touch rugby, passes, kicks and have lots of fun whilst learning. Great for developing team building,self-confidence and motivation.

Whether it’s for a school, after school group or youth establishment we can help you. Have lots of fun learning and developing new skills and meet new friends. This is great for trialing activities with pupils as they can simply participate and have a go.

FIT STEPS CLASSES
Fit steps is a new concept to MFYP, which is a combination of both fitness routines, exercise and dance. Guaranteed to build stamina and increase cardio levels, these sessions will test your ability to work towards your peak levels and whilst building your inner strength. Fast paced music and a energetic instructor is sure to get you feeling great.

YOGA CLASSES
Relax, increase flexibility and reduces stress. Yoga is an ideal way to strengthen your body, help your mental capacity and your posture. Our sessions will help pupils to reflect and relax in a class environment and provide all with an overall sense of health and wellness. This is an ideal method for pupils with dysfunctional behavior or as a alternative therapy session.

ZUMBA CLASSES
Zumba is an aerobic dance class with a difference. It has rapidly become one of the most talked about dance classes. Both energetic and fun, pupils will dance to Latin rhythms whilst learning easy to follow dance steps. Suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness.

METAFIT CLASSES
Using High Intensity Interval training (HIIT), these classes last 30 minutes and use bodyweight exercises targeting the largest muscles for great effect. This style of training will raise your resting metabolic rate after your workout meaning that you will continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after the workout has finished.
The class will begin with a five-minute warm up, and then it’s straight into the short, high-intensity workouts, which can involve anything from push-‐ups and planks to burpees and squats.
